RP - Weekly, July 19th -- SEE YOU AT THE BEACH --
Good Morning RP!
This Sunday is our 'Summer Celebration + Baptisms' at Montrose Beach at 10am!! Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirt,..." - and so that's what we're going to do!!
This Sunday we have the joy to not only celebrate the baptisms of Hailey Parr, Andrew Sinclair, Mo Byrd, Vivianna Almanza, and Norah Adams from Park-RP, but also celebrate with dozens more followers of Christ from across Park's family of churches in Chicago as they make a public proclamation of their faith in Jesus.
Let's hit the beach for a great morning of showing our love and support! Refreshments/Coffee (donuts/granola bars/fruit) will be available on the beach at the hospitality table and ice cream pops will be made available directly after service. And a big shout out to all those at RP who will be helping with setup, greeting and worship!

Also, tomorrow (July 20th) from 6pm-9pm, we'll be continuing to get behind 'NIGHT CHURCH' at Pottawattomie Park! We'll be grilling out, hearing live music from a variety of bands, and proclaiming the good news of Jesus! If you haven't dropped in to Night Church yet this summer don't miss the chance!

RP Kids June/July Curriculum:
Monthly Memory Verse: See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God. (1 John 3:1a)
*** July 21st is our Parkwide Summer celebration ***
SESSION 5 (7/28): 1, 2, 3 John “God’s love helps us love others†(1 John 4:7-21, 2 John 1:5-6)
Note for Elementary kids parents: As we look to the summer schedule for our RP Kids ministry, we have prayerfully decided to give our Elementary kids the opportunity to remain in service once a month. The final date for this will be 8/11/2024. We hope and pray this will give our Elementary kids a great experience of being a part of our wider church family. It will also mean that our RP Kids ministry team will not be asked to serve twice a month throughout the summer as we have a reduced number of team members. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to discuss this further if helpful!
