RP - Weekly, July 5th
Hi RP Family,
We are 5 days away from Soccer Camp kicking off on July 10th. Woop Woop! We are delighted to have 90 kids registered and joining us for week 1! It is exciting that our registration form shows that 25% of these kids are our Hindi speaking neighbors and 20% Spanish speaking. What a great opportunity we have to welcome them into our church family and experience the love of Jesus through us! We are praying with great expectation as to what the Lord will do as we gather in our local Park each week throughout July. Even if you are not signed up to play a specific role on the team, please come out and join us. It will be a great place to fellowship together as well as make new friends!
Also, a reminder that we will not have our usual RP gathering on July 21st but instead we have the chance to celebrate with our wider Park church family as brothers and sisters get Baptized in Lake Michigan. Please join us for this Summer Celebration Baptism Service - it is always so encouraging to see what God is doing across our city, working in and through His people.
Finally, despite being British, I hope you all had a lovely Happy Independence day and find time this holiday weekend to rest with friends and family!

Note for Elementary kids parents: As we look to the summer schedule for our RP Kids ministry, we have prayerfully decided to give our Elementary kids the opportunity to remain in service once a month on the following dates:

We hope and pray this will give our Elementary kids a great experience of being a part of our wider church family. It will also mean that our RP Kids ministry team will not be asked to serve twice a month throughout the summer as we have a reduced number of team members. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to discuss this further if helpful!

Pre-Service Prayer
Join us every Sunday 9:00am in the Nursery to lift up our worship service and the happenings of Park Rogers Park up to the Lord.
